What are dropouts and how do I measure them?

Bicycle dropouts are the slots where the rear wheel fits into the frame. To measure them, use a ruler or caliper to check the width between the inner edges of the dropouts. Most bikes have a width of 135mm, while some newer bikes have 142mm. Measure at the widest part where the wheel sits.

How long should I expect shipping to take?

Shipping Times After Dispatch:

Batteries: Approximately 10-15 days on average.
Kits: Standard shipping: 30-45 days; Express shipping: 10-15 days.
Other Parts/Accessories: Average of 10-15 days.
Average Shipping Times from When Ordered

Due to exceptionally high demand, current shipping times are longer than usual because of the volume of orders in the factory. Please note that Arc eBikes has no control over this situation and hopes that shipping times will improve over time.

Batteries: On average, it takes 7-15 business days to ship, depending on the type of battery. Hard shell batteries are shipped faster than bag batteries.

Kits: Preparation time is approximately 7 business days before they are shipped out due to the high number of orders.

Parts: Parts will be shipped within 1-5 days.

Important: [Arc eBikes is not liable for any delays in shipment. Sea shipping may frequently experience delays, so please keep this in mind.]

How can I track my shipping?

Your tracking number will be linked to your order page as soon as it's available. We suggest using 17TRACK for more precise tracking, as the Shop app doesn’t show our logistics provider until the package arrives in Australia.

Additionally, if you order multiple items, you will receive two tracking numbers, which can be found on your order page. If your tracking number(s) are not yet available, please feel free to reach out to us at arcebikeaus@gmail.com.
